With over 20 years of HR leadership experience across manufacturing, public service, and distribution, Jo brings a strong background in aligning people strategy with business goals. Her expertise spans organizational change, strategic HR systems, leadership development, and employee engagement — all of which will be invaluable as we continue to grow and evolve. Jo will be based in Berryville, VA, and will play a key role in strengthening site-wide collaboration, enhancing HR processes, and fostering a positive workplace culture across all locations.
